Residential Services - Group Homes

Reach provides group homes for adults with a primary diagnosis of intellectual and developmental disabilities. These licensed three, four, six and nine bed group homes are located in the community from Tomball to Spring Branch.

Individualized Services
Each client participates in a personalized training program to increase their ability to live as independently as possible. There is 24 hour supervision and assistance with daily living activities by qualified Reach staff.

Recreation
Our group home clients are offered a variety of planned activities, outings and special events. Constructive leisure activities are always available in each of the homes. Many Reach clients are regular participants in the Special Olympics

Community Service

Helping build a Stronger Community
Reach clients volunteer to help Habitat for Humanity build houses for people in need. So far, they have set posts for a fence and painted a shed and the interior of a home.

Feeding the Elderly
Twice a month, Reach client volunteers bring food to the elderly in our community through the Meals on Wheels Program at Northwest Assistance Ministries.
