You may have seen him riding his bike around Coles Crossing or perhaps you have seen him collecting spiders or bugs from the trails. Either way, he is a frequent visitor to our cul-de-sac and has made quite an impact on our little corner of the world. I met Mark Davis a few years ago while my children and I were outside playing. When he first stopped by I wasn’t sure what to think … here was a grown man speaking very loudly to my children, but within a few moments, I realized that Mark was someone that we needed in our Jives. Mark isn’t just a regular 22-year-old; Mark is an exceptional young man! Mark Davis attends Reach Unlimited, which is dedicated to providing support services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He has a great big personality, but is absolutely full of heart!

Joanna Chen hugged her beloved Cabbage Patch Kid doll as she reveled in her new, private living space above the garage of Reach Unlimited’s recently-opened group home.
