Texas is dedicated to providing services for individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities to live better lives. The state agency that structures those services and funding is the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (THHSC).

Reach Unlimited, is a non-profit organization that is licensed/certified by THHSC to provide services for individuals that reside in Harris County with the additional support of the Harris Center for Mental Health and Intellectual/Developmental disabilities (The Harris Center) who is the local extension of THHSC supporting the county.

At Reach, our goal is to help every individual take steps toward independence through programs designed to meet individual needs and enable each member the pride Live, Learn, and Earn as contributing citizens in the community.
