Day Programming at the Learning Activity Center

Individualized Skills and Socialization

Funding Options:

HCS, ICF, CLASS, Texas Home Living, and Consumer Directed Services (all these funds allocated by the Harris Center (713-970-7000 or www.theharriscenter.org).  Private pay is also an option.

Services available during the day and for after school students (ages 12 and above). School age students may also access the program during school holidays and summer months.

Reach Unlimited also contracts with other service providers in the area to provide day services for their consumers. 

If you have another provider but would like your individual to participate in the LAC program, contact the LAC Director Juan Clopton (jclopton@reachunlimited.org or 281-213-8323 x304) to inquire about Reach Unlimited establishing a contract with your provider.

Afterschool Programming

Services are available for after school students (ages 12 and above). School age students may also access the program during school holidays and summer months.

Transportation may be an option from Cy Fair ISD High Schools/Middle Schools.

Vocational Training/ Supported Employment

Services rendered under the direction of the Learning Activity Center and incorporated through day program.

Job Training with employment assistance to help individuals who can safely work on their own in competitive settings obtain work.  This service is available as a stand alone service through Waiver funds or private pay.

On site job training with opportunity for members to earn a paycheck available through glass studio, Teaching Greenhouse, contract work and Microgreens program. Members earn minimum wage upon skill mastery for work done on campus.
